Continuous casting water cooled cable is the key component that provides high current transmission for high power equipment (such as electromagnetic stirrer, electromagnetic braking device, crystallization device electromagnetic field equipment, etc.) in the continuous casting production line. It realizes efficient heat dissipation through the internal circulating water cooling system and ensures the stable operation of the cable under high load. Its design and maintenance directly affect the safety of equipment power supply and energy consumption efficiency.

-Structure: multiple stranded lines (cross-sectional area 50~500mm²), flexible design against fatigue

insulating course -Material: Silicone rubber (temperature resistant-60℃ ~200℃) or cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)

-Thickness: 2~5mm (10kV)

Cooling water channel -Built-in spiral stainless steel hose (Φ 6~12mm)

-Double sheath design (leakage)

oversheath -Material: polyurethane (wear-resistant, oil-resistant) or fluorine rubber (high-temperature resistant)

-Tensile strength of 15MPa, bending radius of 8 x cable diameter

quick fitting -Material: Brass nickel-plated (rust-resistant)

-Seal standard: IP68 (1 m underwater, 48 hours without leakage)
