Continuous Casting Machine
- Continuous casting machine core equipment:
Ladle: Used for holding and transporting high-temperature molten steel.
Ladle Turret: Facilitates the rotation and positioning of the ladle to enable continuous casting.
Tundish: Regulates the flow and temperature of the molten steel to ensure a stable casting process.
Copper Mould Assembly: Rapidly cools the molten steel using a water-cooling system to form the billet shell.
Secondary Cooling and Guiding System: Further cools the billet, ensures complete solidification, and guides its movement.
Mold Oscillation Device: Prevents the billet from sticking to the mold and ensures surface quality.
Withdrawal Straightening Machine : Controls the withdrawal speed of the billet and straightens it.
Dummy Bar Storage: Stores and retrieves the dummy bar used to initiate the casting process.
Cutting Device: Cuts the billet to the required length.
Billet Conveyor: Transports the cut billets to the next processing stage.
In addition, we provide continuous casting auxiliary equipment: baking units, pusher, shifter and palletizing tables, etc. to ensure a smooth production process.
