EAF Production Base:

Established in 1957, our base is a key professional manufacturer of complete electric arc smelting equipment in China. It has become the largest hundred-ton-level electric arc furnace design and manufacturing base in the domestic industry. The company covers nearly 70,000 square meters, with a building area of 33,260 square meters and workshop space of 24,051 square meters. We have approximately 300 employees and about 500 sets of professional processing equipment, including 100-ton and 50-ton overhead cranes, 5-meter vertical lathes, pipe benders, 10-meter floor-type boring and milling machines, and 10-meter gantry milling machines.

We were the first company in China to design and manufacture horizontal continuous charging electric arc furnaces. During the national steel industry’s structural adjustment, these furnaces have been widely recognized by users for their high efficiency, energy saving, and environmental protection advantages.

Transformer Production Base:

We are a leading domestic manufacturer and engineering service provider of high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage electrical equipment. Our transformer industry occupies 220,000 square meters, with a building area of 110,000 square meters.

The 140MVA electric arc furnace transformer and reactor produced by our company is the first set of electric arc furnace transformers with the largest capacity in China and the third largest in the world. We are also the only enterprise in China that designs electric arc furnace transformers with a primary side of 66kV or above, and we can design them into three-side break or direct drop type electric arc furnace transformers.

Our company is one of the largest electric arc furnace transformer manufacturers in the world, with a leading market share in China. We have also led the drafting of six national standards for transformers.
